What is the Best Way of Buying Deceased Property?

The purchasing of a residential property is a long and sometimes a frustrating process. There are several factors and points that have to be considered. Market moves from frustrating to ridiculous…

The real estate market in this area of Southeastern Michigan has moved from being frustrating to buyer into ridiculous. Too much money is chasing too few houses and the result is a very crazy and dangerous market where buyers are throwing caution and common sense to the wind. Ove this past weekend I showed a houset some buyers tht had just come on the market on Friday. By Sunday evening, when we were finally able to get it there had been over 40 showings and there were at least 20 offers already in. That’s just crazy. But the scary part is how many of those offers were made without any inspection contingency and with built-in escalation clauses and appraisal guarantees. Buying a house, especially and older one like the one I visited with clients without doing an inspection is just dumb.  You don’t know what costly repairs may be waiting, hidden behind that latest cosmetic fix-up. Qantas Credit Card An building in commitments to increase one’s price by some amount over whateve...

What is a Travel Blogger

Image
Sadly, the Oxford English Dictionary is a little light on the description as to what a travel blogger is. However, if we break it down into its constituent parts, it’s someone who has a “blog”, or online journal, largely focused on sharing the story of their travels. Being a professional travel blogger in my mind means two things. One, it means this is something that generates an income. Two, it means that you are in this for the long term, Qantas Points Credit Card and can be expected to deliver a professional level of service to both your readers and any clients that you might have. There are all sorts of ways to generate an income, and there are hugely varying opinions as to what a travel blogger *is*, varying from a journalism approach, through to writing more personal stories  Qantas Cards and tales. In my mind, if you have your own website that you regularly update with articles about travel, then you have a travel blog. If it’s generating you an income, and you hold...

Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition Part 3: Sleep   (Hopefully last one--then I can get back to more interesting material) Ok, first I'd like to express gratitude to my brother and sister for not only reading but commenting. Now that I've thanked you I'd like to discuss some of your comments because they raise some interesting issues. Ez, in part one you brought up your experience that when you exercise you find yourself eating healthy foods. Although we are only 2 little points on a graph  Frequent Flyer Credit Cards Qantas and our evidence is anecdotal I have to concur that there seems to be a positive feedback loop with exercise and healthy eating. I also think the opposite is true--poor exercise regime leads to poor eating habits. I would like to offer a crackpot theory on why this is true. When you work out your body will need better nutrition to recover. Healthier foods generally offer better nutrition, so your body craved these healthier foods. There's probably a psycholo...
